At Utopia Lash Studio, we strive to create a safe, relaxing, and courteous environment for all of our clients. Before your next visit, we kindly request that you take a moment to review the following information to enhance your experience with us.

At Utopia Lash Studio, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all of our clients. However, in the event that you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, the type of service and the technician's schedule may necessitate rescheduling.

To help us accommodate your needs, we kindly request that you call us if you anticipate running late. We will make every effort to work with you and ensure that you receive the best possible experience at our studio.

At Utopia Lash Studio, we strive to create a tranquil and stress-free environment for all of our clients. With this in mind, we respectfully request that you make arrangements for childcare during your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide an exceptional experience for all of our clients.

At Utopia Lash Studio, we value your time and understand that sometimes unexpected events can arise. That's why we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations and 24 hours' notice for rescheduling appointments.

Please note, if rescheduling is necessary with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of the service price will apply. This policy ensures that our technicians are fairly compensated for the reserved time and allows us to accommodate other clients in need of appointments.
